2021 pub Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Member Must Know

1. Eligibility

To open an account and participate in any activity offered by 2021 pub, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 2021 pub does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a company, partnership, or any other legal entity.

• Members are responsible for all activity conducted through their 2021 pub account, including any transactions made by a third party using the member's credentials.
• You must not transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your 2021 pub account under any circumstances.

3. Deposits

2021 pub processes all deposits in Philippine peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently supported for Filipino members:

• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

All funds deposited into a 2021 pub account must come from a payment source that is legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted. 2021 pub does not accept cryptocurrency, prepaid cards issued anonymously, or any payment method that cannot be traced to a verified account holder.

Deposits are generally credited instantly. If your deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact 2021 pub support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a duplicate deposit before the first is confirmed.

4. Withdrawals

In cases of confirmed fraud or deliberate rule violations, 2021 pub may withhold remaining balances pending investigation. Where a breach is identified retrospectively, previously processed withdrawals may be subject to recovery action. Members who close their accounts voluntarily will have any remaining real-money balance processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.
